Each booth will come with a 6ft table skirted and draped, 2 tables and a backdrop and identification sign. Any additional booth supplies and electricity needs have to be ordered in advance through the Mobile Convention Centers website www.mobileconventions.com. Be sure to confirm your space number before ordering additional supplies. Waiting to order extras at the show results in a higher price for the services.
All booth exhibitors will move-in to the show on Thursday, March 4th from 8am – 8pm and on Friday, March 5th from 8am – 11am. All booth setups must be completed by 11am the day of the show opening. Click below for more details and regulations regarding setup and tear down.
A special room rate is available for exhibitors is available at the Hampton Inn & Suites located at 62 Royal Street Mobile, AL (251) 436-8787. (standard room $115 and studio suites $149 – deadline Feb. 22)
